You must not use the Service to host or link to illegal content, spam, malware, or any content that infringes third-party rights or is otherwise harmful.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities performed under your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan, the applicable fees, billing cycle and payment terms will be presented to you during the subscription process. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by QR TheCode² or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR TheCode² shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms or misuse the Service.
